BP has just produced its annual Statistical Review of World Energy and Energy Outlook scenarios. Though this firm is a significant oil producer (and contributor to climate change) its research tends to be reasonably detailed and well-balanced. The information is predictably gloomy despite some of the optimism in the scenarios.
