The piece was knocked into shape some time ago but it's been a heck of a game putting onto the various eBook styles, using their different websites and all that kind of stuff. Lots of questions about this and that. Lots of admin.
But they are all done now. Hurray! Done and dusted and ready to sell...and free of glitches? Hope so. Hope so.
